Article 34

     1. Where adequate protection against risks of accident or  injury
to health cannot be ensured by other means,  workers shall be provided
with and shall be  required  to  make  proper  use  of  such  personal
protective equipment and protective clothing as is reasonably required
for the performance of their work.
     2. Workers  shall  be  required  to  take  care  of that personal
protective equipment and protective clothing.
     3. Personal protective equipment and protective clothing shall be
properly maintained by the employer.
